Huawei's new wearable is the the new Watch GT 2 Pro which is a huge upgrade from GT2. It has improved massively when speaking of style and build quality and has maintained a long battery life and still has an attractive price tag.
According to reviews abroad and locally, the interface is responsive and the internals are still the same while the external part of the watch is made of more durable material.
It has a simple, minimalistic design which caters to the taste of fashionable individuals. This time the glass is replaced with Sapphire, known for giving a scratch proof surface. The body is Titanium compared to the steel counterpart from the previous model. And the back plate is ceramic, a smooth, tough, and scratch proof material that will show no signs of wearing even with long use.
The said wearable has loads of watch faces to choose from, analog and digital and the display will turn on when the wrist is raised. It's also customizable to turn on and stay longer or stay on all the time. If you're into sports, you'll love the 100 different types of workout modes in which six of them can be detected and engaged automatically. There's even a Golf mode that analyzes your swing and give important advice such as angle and speed attack.
Waterproof 5 ATM feature lets it withstand a pressure of 5 bar or a water column of 50 meters. That is equivalent to pressure of a flowing water jet when washing hands, showering or bathing.
Regarding connectivity, bluetooth lets you connect headphones to it so listening to songs that are in your on-board memory that is 4B is possible. Meanwhile, answering calls can be done thru the microphone and speaker built-in to the device.
The battery is the selling point for the said device. It can last for eight days if the display, is on all the time, and if the notifications and heart rate is always on. Fully charging it can mean only one hour of connecting it to the wireless charger.
