SM City Marilao caps off the last week of October with the lighting of its iconic Christmas Centerpiece, Winter Holiday Camp. A Christmas attraction for the whole family, Bulacan Vice Governor Alex Castro and his family spearheaded the lighting of the Christmas Centerpiece. Joining honors are Senior Assistant Vice President for Operations Junias M. Eusebio (middle), SM’s AVP for Operations Ana Datu (extreme right), and SM City Marilao Mall Manager Engr. Emmanuel Gatmaitan and SM City Marilao Assistant Manager Engr. Janette Aguilera (extreme left).
SM City Marilao transforms its 3,229 square feet mall atrium into a winter holiday camp destination as it lights up its iconic Christmas centerpiece yesterday.
“Because we missed our shoppers these past 2 years, SM promises to bring back a truly magical experience especially here at SM City Marilao” shares Senior Assistant Vice President for Operations Junias M. Eusebio.
This year’s Christmas centerpiece is inspired by “The Christmas Song” or commonly subtitled “Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire”. A Christmas attraction for the whole family, the 18-meter winter holiday camp is spread along SM City Marilao’s mall atrium and embellished with gigantic caribou, squirrels, and a fire pit as well as a camper van and tent. The nature-inspired details and decorations are full of warmth, creating the cozy atmosphere of an idyllic mountainside winter camp.
Sharing the message of hope, joy, and love with every shopper, SM City Marilao likewise lit the 30- foot Christmas tree. Adorned by hundreds of dazzling Christmas balls and ornaments and nearly thousands of LED lights and yards of garland, the repurposed Christmas tree will not only serve as a seasonal centerpiece in the mall but also an opportunity for shoppers to create lasting moments with family and friends through picturesque, unique Christmas attraction.
Children are all smiles as SM City Marilao signals the holiday season in Bulacan with Winter Holiday Camp. SM’s holiday centerpieces have been a part of the longstanding tradition that ushers in Christmas time in the province. SM City Marilao’s Winter Holiday Camp will be on display until January 6, 2023.
