FRESH from their momentous victory, the UAAP Season 84 women’s volleyball champion, NU Lady Bulldogs recently make a stop at SM City Baliwag and treat fans to a rare meet and greet opportunity.
The team, together with Michaela “Bella” Belen, the first-ever rookie-Most Valuable Player (MVP) in UAAP women’s volleyball, took a moment to greet the audience, answer some Q&As, and gladly posed for pictures with some fans.
NU Lady Bulldogs’ recent win marks history, as it gave National University its first UAAP women’s volleyball championship title after more than six decades as it ended with a seamless 16-0 season following a 25-15, 25-15, 25-22 win in Game 2 of the UAAP Season 84 women’s volleyball tournament, best-of-three finals held last June 21 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Prior to the meet & greet at SM City Baliwag, NU Lady Bulldogs did a tour at NU Baliwag, the first National University campus in Central Luzon.
